Wife in the Basement follows Jade Morgan, who moves to Atlanta and becomes obsessed with the seemingly perfect couple she rents from. What starts as admiration spirals into something far darker, as a woman from the past quietly sets everything in motion.
Written in the tradition of Zane, the novel is a page-turning debut that explores what happens when proximity becomes dangerous, and when the line between wanting someone’s life and wanting to take it disappears entirely.
